After completing my engineering, I worked as a Network Engineer for some time before pursuing a career in management. I completed a post-graduate diploma in management and worked as an Assistant Manager, HR in the Organization Development team at TNT India before moving to the US. 

​

I completed an MBA from the University of South Carolina and currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree at the University of Massachusetts, Boston.
